Doddle Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information you give us through this website, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, property addresses, tenancy information, and any documents you send us in the course of providing compliance services.
How we use it
To deliver the services you've asked us to deliver, to send statutory documents to your tenants on your behalf, and to maintain a documented audit trail required by law.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-contracted engineers strictly to the extent needed to deliver a job, and with HMRC, councils, or courts where required by law. We never sell data.
Retention
We retain compliance records for a minimum of 6 years, in line with HMRC and statutory record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
