These terms govern your use of services provided by Doddle Compliance Ltd.
Services
We provide landlord compliance services including (but not limited to) certificate delivery, damp and mould investigations, fire risk assessments, and ongoing compliance management on monthly retainers.
Pricing
Specialists in the verified network publish their own fees. Doddle Compliance subscription pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Any change is notified at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation
Monthly plans cancel in writing with 30 days' notice. One-off services can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked slot.
Liability
We carry £5m Public Liability and £1m Professional Indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service in question, save where law requires otherwise.
Sub-contractors
Some services are delivered by vetted sub-contractors registered with the appropriate competent person scheme (Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT, accredited DEA, etc.). We remain your single point of contact and accountable for delivery.
